Refunds and cancellation
Earlier pre-orders before delivery
You can request cancellation and a refund for any reason before the full method is delivered, in line with Dodo Payments’ buyer terms. Email Alexmercurie@gmail.com from your purchase address with your order reference, or contact Dodo Payments support. The welcome page and public introduction do not count as full delivery. If a pre-order is cancelled, no bonus credit code is issued. Refunds go to the original payment method through Dodo.
After opening the method
We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds once you open the paid lessons. We record the first time a paid lesson is opened. The pre-order welcome page and public introduction do not count as opening paid lessons. Your rights if something is faulty or not as described remain protected. This policy does not remove rights that apply by law.
Before opening the method
If you want to cancel before opening any paid lessons, contact Alexmercurie@gmail.com promptly with your purchase email and order reference. For a pre-order that has not been delivered, the pre-order cancellation rule above applies. After delivery, we review the request under Dodo Payments’ terms and applicable consumer law. Do not open the lessons while your cancellation request is being reviewed.
Delivery and cancellation rights
Pre-order checkout confirms the scheduled delivery date; it does not request immediate delivery of the unfinished method or record a waiver of cancellation rights. When the full method is already available, checkout separately requests immediate delivery and explains any applicable effect on cancellation rights. Purchasing or signing in alone does not override statutory requirements. Where an acknowledgement is not legally sufficient or an exception does not apply, the relevant cancellation rights remain available.
Problems with your purchase
Contact us for duplicate charges, an incorrect charge, inaccessible content, or content that materially differs from its description. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Where a refund is due, it is processed through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. A full refund ends access to the refunded method. Redeeming a partner gift does not remove any mandatory rights; we do not automatically deduct its advertised value from a legally required refund.
